ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
We are all concerned with the deteriorating condition of our environment, whether it be air pollution, water contamination or land degradation.

To help combat this, the Kenya government has enacted the "Environmental Management and Coordination Act" and this is enforced by the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA).

As one of the accredited testing facilities, appointed by NEMA, Polucon is able to offer comprehensive testing facilities for all aspects of environmental protection.

Through regular sampling and testing, Polucon is able to work with you in ensuring all aspects of your environmental obligations are complied with and proper environmental control are maintained.

Wastewater Testing Services
Polucon Pollution control laboratory offers wastewater testing services to the industries, hotels and other establishments and therefore assist them to comply with the environmental requirements.

The recently enacted “Environmental Management and Coordination Act” require every establishment undertaking activities likely to adversely affect the environment to carry out initial environmental assessments and annual environmental audits. During these exercise samples of water, wastewater, soil and air may be taken for analysis to indicate the impact of such activities on the neighboring environment. Polucon Pollution control laboratory is recognized by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) as an expert testing centre where such analysis are carried out.
