All our activities are guided by our documented procedures and work instructions that are benchmarked to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. We also adhere to national and international standards. The Polucon Staff as a requirement observe a strict code of professional integrity and ethical standard while rendering services to all our customers.

LABORATORIES
We have our own modern multipurpose laboratory facility based in Mombasa. The laboratory is manned by a professional team of Pollution Control Technicians, Analytical chemists and Food Scientist and Technologists. The laboratory is recognized as an expert testing facility by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Trade & Industry, Ministry of Livestock & Fisheries, the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) and the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA).

REGIONAL OFFICES
Our current expansion plan is to establish fully fledged offices and Laboratories within East and Central Africa. Currently we have fully fledged offices in Mombasa, Nairobi, Kampala and Kigali and contact offices throughout the region.

In previous years Polucon has won significant and major national and regional awards in quality. In year 2004, we won 1st prize gold medal award in the Kenya Quality Award (KQA) organized by Kenya Bureau of Standards in our category and was awarded a runners up position in the Africa Small Medium and Micro enterprise Awards (SMME) at Cape Town South Africa which was organized by the Africa centre of Investment Analysis.
