Technical Staff:
POLUCON employs qualified and highly competent team of local professionals. The qualifications range from College Diplomas to University Degrees.

Our staff works under strict guidance of internally documented procedures and work instructions written in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System standards.
We also adhere to national and international standards. Polucon Staff as a requirement observe a strict code of professional integrity and ethical standards while rendering services to our customers.

Support Team:
The above Technical teams are backed up by support staffs who offer performance logistics for smooth and timely issuance of updates and inspection reports. The support staff comprises of administrative assistants, accountants, logistical officers and drivers.

The technical staff hold high qualifications either Degrees, Diplomas or/and other recognized
qualifications from higher institutes of learning. All our surveyors are either in-house trained or
externally trained and experienced or both.

Training & Performance Evaluation:
Polucon Services (K) Ltd takes training of its office and field staff very seriously. As per the
requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Standards, all members of staff have been
trained in their areas of operation and evaluated accordingly.

The field staff is taken through an orientation program under close supervision of the respective
Heads of Department before being engaged to work independently. The procedure for induction, training and evaluation of all staff is documented in the Human Resources Development procedure.
